Surah Ikhlas الاخلاص , Surah No.(112) Para Number 30, is one third (1/3) of the Holy Qur’an and was revealed in Makkah and it has 4 verses. Reciting (Qul Huwa Allaahu Ahad), this surah brings a reward equivalent to reciting one-third of the Qur’aan, however it does not take the place of reading one-third of the Qur’aan.
Literally prophet mohammed saw said it's equal to 1/3 of the quran. 1/3 of the quran is literally saying Allah is one. The one true god. And in your first link, there's literally only one point that touches on it being rewards. Literally everything else is what im saying. And again read the hadiths one by one.
